Certification / notarization

  • There are cases where the translation may need certification/ notarization/ apostille in order to prove the authenticity of the documents or the accuracy of the translation before authorities or institutions.
  • Our translators are certified by official bodies and qualified to authorize the translated documents.
  • The notarized translation is a certified translation, attaching by the office of the notary public a signature notarization of the translator based on a submitted specimen of signature. In practice, the notarized translation represents the certification of a notary public on the authenticity of the signature of the certified translator and the ownership of a translation authorization recognized by the Ministry of Justice.
  • The translations that may need notarization are documents such as: contracts of any kind, companies articles of incorporation, birth, death, marriage certificates or various certificates, transport documents, invoices, documents performed at notary office (power of attorney, declaration, etc).

Transcription and typing services

  • We offer transcription and typing services in more than 20 languages. We are specialized in transcriptions in legal, academic, insurance and investigations area and also typing in business field and office services.

Revision

  • After performing the literal translation, the document is verified by a proofreader, to make sure that the initial instructions received from the customer are observed and the respective translations is according to the optimum quality standard.

  • obtaining the „Certificate of equivalence of qualification” (in order to continue the studies or to proceed the recognition and equivalence of the studies in Italia you need a document called „certificate of equivalence of qualification ”. „The certificate of equivalence of qualification” is a document written in Italian, which can only be issued through the Italian Consulate in Bucharest and which indicates the value of a study document achieved by a specific person in an educational system other than the Italian one.
  • obtaining the conformity certificate from the Ministry of Health (based on the conformity certificate the regulation of certain professions and qualifications achieved in Romania is simplified, such as medical doctor, general registered nurse, midwife, but also architect in order to perform their activities within the EU member states).
  • compilation of the file for obtaining the conformity certificate for professions and qualifications that are not currently covered in Romania.
