PROFESSIONAL SERVICESAUTHORIZATION / LEGALISATION / APOSTILLE

There are cases where the translation may need authorization / legalisation / apostille in order to prove the authenticity of the documents or the accuracy of the translation before authorities or institutions.
Our translators are certified by official bodies and qualified to authorize the translated documents.
We deal with the legalization at the notary of documents authorized by translators.
We deal with the apostille at the Prefecture and at the Chamber of Notaries Public for the documents that require this.

The legalised translation is a certified translation, attaching by the office of the notary public a signature authorization of the translator based on a submitted specimen of signature. In practice, the legalised translation represents the certification of a notary public on the authenticity of the signature of the certified translator and the ownership of a translation authorization recognized by the Ministry of Justice.
The translations that may need notarization are documents such as: contracts of any kind, companies articles of incorporation, birth, death, marriage certificates or various certificates, transport documents, invoices, documents performed at notary office (power of attorney, declaration, etc).
